Fenómeno del impostor y salud psicológica: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar os principais achados sobre a relação entre o fenômeno do impostor e a saúde psicológica por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Foi realizada uma busca nas bases de dados SciELO, PsycINFO, PubMed, IndexPsi e PePSIC (junho a julho de 2023), utilizando os descritores “fenômeno do impostor” e “saúde psicológica”. A busca identificou 556 artigos, os quais foram submetidos a critérios de elegibilidade, resultando em 54 estudos selecionados para análise. As pesquisas mostraram uma predominância de amostras compostas por estudantes e no contexto internacional. Em relação às variáveis de saúde psicológica, foram identificados 22 construtos que se relacionam de forma positiva, negativa ou como preditores do fenômeno do impostor. Os resultados evidenciaram a complexa interação entre o impostorismo e a saúde psicológica, além de lacunas amostrais e contextuais, destacando a necessidade de pesquisas que investiguem esses construtos ao longo do desenvolvimento humano e no contexto nacional.
