Reflections on the Aggression Concept from Cognitive-behavioral Perspective

Abstract

The complexity of the study of aggressive behavior has been widely determinated by the difficulties to get an accurate definition of the aggression concept. In the present paper we study these difficulties and we conclude that although this delimitation and precision is necessary, it would be also necessary to put the emphasis --at least in the scientific literature- in the description of the specific behavior that we are interest to study in every case. Then we could analyse the causes for this specific behavior in every particular context.
