Gender equity: present and next horizon

Abstract

The equity is defined like justice in the distribution of the available resource (opportunities) and like reward of the functions realized by the men and the women (assessment and social rewards). The article reviews the  barriers and obstacles to the equity that persist in the  advanced societies, mainly in Europe  and  the resistances  to the change that proceed of the proper women ,those that    derive  of  the diversification and multiplicity of feminist  groups  and the difficulty in  the reconstruction of the masculine identity. Finally, aim to the new definitions and identities of gender that appear in new cultural products and his role in the transformation of the equity in the future. Basing in these indicators authors anticipate a conclusion about the next future of the equity of gender.
